My only gripe with this show is that after the expansion scenes, a part from the first time it happens, the difference in size is not apparent enough. Not to mention, Chifusa already has quite large breasts to begin with. It would have been much more fun to have her start out as a flat chest, and then gradually show us the growth every time she uses the breast-slicing technique. I think it also has to do with the fact that well, in every anime that features busty characters, I've noticed the chest size is very inconsistent. So to show frequent growing and keep the difference clear and consistent may be too hard to pull off.
