Guys the artist drew this for Genesis 3 which happened before Bayonetta was even released. So She couldn't be part of Waifu Wars 2. He doesn't hate Her and isn't butthurt about Her as far as I can tell... It just literally was not possible for Her to be played at Gen 3.
