It's not. Kanna doesn't have fox ears. I think it's just a generic fox spirit.

Kanna may not have fox ears, but he would be a fox spirit if he's Nishiki's son. Like Morgan, Kanna simply doesn't have different portraits for non-human parents. Most fanartists tend to add those details, and that does look like male Kanna's hairstyle.
