Translating this is a bit more difficult as it involves the Japanese version of rock, paper, scissors but involves a game mechanic that doesn't exist in English. It also includes a punishment mechanic in the end if they lose. Essentially after a winner and loser is determined the one who lost has to look in the opposite direction (left or right) of where the winner will point. In this case Genos did not point and ignored the punishment game and did not wait to see if Sonic won or lost. Instead he incinerated Sonic's face.
