I can't see this happening. Byakuren is a buddhist she wouldn't believe in such violence. not even against someone Like toyosatomimi. who maybe consider a rival to her.

Well, Miko used to be a ruthless politician, most likely (she approved the slaughter of the Mononobe clan and probably orchestrated the event) and Byakuren was never a very good Buddhist either. If Miko became enough of a danger or was planning something "evil", I could actually see it happening. Though I much prefer the Miko/Byakuren/Kokoro family~
