That "blonde pubic Hair" could imply that it is Yukari, Sekibanki has beheaded/killed, there.
There are "quite a few" blonde-haired Girls in Touhou, but only Yukari has such a voluptuous, horny Body.
Also,
it would be very impertinent and thus, fitting for such a brutal Picture, since Yukari is basically like a regent God for Gensyoko, making "Gensyoko" only and first possible because of her Powers.
No further Hints and Traces than only the blonde pubic Hair, but i am very sure that is Yukari, the violated Body.

If this is yukari, then I wanna know just how the heck did sekibanki pull off such a brutal kill. I mean, the woman can practically open gaps anywhere, she could have escaped seki easily. Or even trap the red-headded dullahan in a gap and sent her halfway around the world. Unless yukari was sleeping as always and was caught off guard...
