How did this happen? I mean since Yuki's no the most talkative type, I doubt she has any enemies. Maybe she did this to herself to obtain accurate data on the aspects of bondage. With her data altering powers, it's not unrealistic in the least that she could have pulled off this sort of tie on her own.
