Despite being such a bitchy villain Charlotte was kinda likable. Maybe it's because getting her butt kicked all the time made her less threatening.

I didn't exactly like Charlotte at first, but since the OVA centered on her came out, I think I actually find her hotter that and more attractive that Mirei.
