The torso definitely seems to be disconnected, and there's something going on with the neck - too long, maybe? With the scaling like it is I'm guessing this started out as two separate pictures. Don't get me wrong, the artist does brilliant work, I'm a particular fan of how much character he gets in his lines. Purely anatomically though this one's a bit off.

This is one of those things where you really have to be looking for a problem to find it. The anatomy is bad, yes, but honestly it's not noticeable until pointed out by some idiot.
Also, did he really have to keep her in thigh-highs? Just draw her totally naked or mostly clothed. It's so dumb when they keep the socks on.
