I have no idea either, maybe fans think that because Sarada grows her hair she looks like Madara?

Looks more to me like because Sasuke is Madara reincarnated (which, by the way, is untrue, he's Indra reincarnated like Madara was before him), if Sasuke has a daughter, then Madara must have one and they must be related through the reincarnation cycle. Next thing we'll get Indra's daughter, i guess...

Of course i could be wrong, but that's the feeling i get from that "enigmatic" character so far.
