So? Nintendo has the strongest 1st party by a country mile, and the vasg majority still love their 1st party characters. Why wouldn't they use them?

they allow, but because of the wii, 3rd parties fear their games don't sell at all in nintendo consoles so they back off

"Because of the Wii..." Kek. Who besides Capcom, Sega, Namco and Konami even really put out any Wii games (that weren't just year old ports with no effort)? Who besides Capcom and Sega even put any real effort into said games? Third-party won't play ball with Nintendo because Nintendo won't pay them to like Sony and Microsoft will, this has been happening since the Nintendo 64 at least.
