Yes, this is Gisuke, the half-orc who "trained" Tokiko. This is apparently a what-if scenario where Fuuma fails to rescue Tokiko and Gisuke, instead of getting his head smashed in, wins and captures him, and takes over his job of sexually training the taimanin.
