Honestly surprised, the Living Armor wasn't way earlier than this. And really, jailbait? She looks like a young woman in her early twenties to me. That's the face of a young woman. She even has a bust, that leans towards that idea, though the armor hides that fairly well. Check her collar region. You'll see what I mean.
