Well anon 1, tons of people like anal prolapse in REAL LIFE and it's even dirtier (smelly and unhygenic), not to even mention scat and gore pictures... Why wouldn't people like vaginal prolapse in a fantasy world then..? Not to mention it looks more esthetically pleasant and logically would be more clean than the anal version...
