Getting an uncensored version of this will be impossible.

This was drawn on January 4th 2009 by Takahiro Kimura himself, the character designer for the Code Geass anime series. It's just been sold at an online auction for 830,000 yen (About $7,760).

But hey, at least the carpet canonically matches the drapes..

1: Whoever bought it releases a pic of it uncensored. Pretty sure the original print isn't censored.

The original image is uncensored, however the online auction site censored the photo themselves for obvious reasons.
