Definitely the Nemean Lion...
Woman is most likely Alcmene (mother of Hercules), as she becomes pregnant from their multiple matings and she gives birth to Herculena (not Hercules).
Herculena is a level one Furry (Lion ears and tail only) and she's a futanari.
After growing up some, mom pops one cherry and dad pops the other and they later dad and Herculena double team mom...
In a totally loving way.
