Considering that a woman already literally has all of the eggs she'll have in her life in her ovaries by the time she hits puberty, semen getting into the actual ovaries would be a very bad thing.
She'll be impregnated for the same amount of time as if it just hit a single egg in the Fallopian tube like normal. She'll just have a very large number of embryos, and most of them will probably stay there in the ovary. She will basically die if she doesn't get them aborted.
However, it's unlikely that the semen went into the ovary. Sperm cells don't live forever, so it's unlikely that she's get pregnant again off the same load after the first pregnancy comes to term.
If it comes to term. That embryo is gonna have a mismatched number of chromosomes, so it's probably going to die.

Agreed, good ol' Sammy is gonna be pushing out this stallion's thick dicked foals for the rest of her life now that his seed has flooded her ovaries and fertilized every last one of her eggs. Probably gonna be multiple fetuses in every pregnancy too.
