Without context (which would be time-stopping protag), this scene is flat-out bizarre, especially since there are normally visual cues through which you can tell time is frozen.

"casual sex world" yeah there need to be more of those imo, I can only think of a few if that, Polinic girls attack is the first one that comes to mind, I guess Kansen could qualify if it weren't so fucked up (I prefer my hentai girls alive at the end of the story tyvm. hell i'd take NTR/sex slave prisoners over that any day.)
