Yeah, ever since the teleporter accident, Tracer's been a ghost (one of 3-5 heroes who are technically undead, depending on your definitions). Without Winston's chronal accelerator, she has no physical form and tends to vanish entirely for hours or days at a time.

In order to trap her you would need to keep her harness on and functional the whole time, but arrange things so that either she has no chance to respond, or so she was just as trapped several seconds ago as she was when she realized she was in trouble so rewinding wouldn't help. Or, I suppose, create some kind of large scale cell with similar effects on all those inside but outside her control, but that would require a tech on par with Winston working for you.

Also slightly bothered by the barbie doll crotch at the end, and the fact that pushing an oversized dick through a neck narrower than it is doesn't have any visible effect, but I accept those as consequences of the medium.

isn't damaging that device on tracer's chest actually bad like doesn't that keep her anchored her and if its gone she can disappear from our reality?
