it wouldn't be anything different? Someone's gender doesn't influence their actions, unless they abide by current social constructs.

Such as, "women are weaker than men and shoudln't fight in wars"

^Yep, this. Especially in the Avatar universe, where with very few exceptions, the genders are treated quite equally.

Katara and Sokka are almost better with switched genders. Girl!Sokka is also ridiculously hot.

Girl!Aang is too adorable. Was I Man!Katara, I'd want to protect that smile at any cost.
