Whats not to get? Its really intense for her, slamming her fist against the wall is the best way she apparently finding to deal with with it.
Its really no different then grabbing the sheets and other interesting things people or in this case women sometimes do when trying to coop with intense feelings of pleasure during sexual stimulation caused by something/someone other then themselves.
Think about it this way, when you masturbate you are in control of your pleasure levels so you can always tone it down if its getting a bit to extreme. However what if weren't in control and your pleasure levels were going beyond what you were used to being able to handle, its safe to say you might start doing odd things to try and endure it as well.
I don't mean to call you out but you don't get this then you clearly need more exposure to sex.
