I'd say how weird the choreography was, but I've seen Jpop bands with weirder, so it must just be a Japanese thing.

The animation feels REALLY stiff. This feels like someones early work before they've figured out how Elbows and knees bend on the model.

I don't see why the other commenters are so negative here. I loved looking at this lovely little lady and her moves are fluid and fun to watch.

I'm no animator, but from what I can tell, this work of art was very well done.
