Posing hands and arms is ridiculously difficult in MMD for this sort of thing. The arms have to be animated starting at the shoulders for most models because IK functions for arms is not standard (and not implementable at all for non-pmx models). This makes it extremely hard to keep hands from one model in contact with another model in the same place, especially when you add the interpolation curves into the equation. Thus, unless you really put a lot of effort into repeatedly repositioning the hands and fingers practically on a frame by frame basis, drastically increasing your workload, you wind up with clipping model parts. And if you think that's hard, try making sure the cock stays in the girl's pussy and doesn't clip through her skin during the sex motions. The program simply wasn't designed for this.

On the one hand, I respect the difficulties of the program and people attempting to make their craft despite the clipping bugs.
On the other hand, making a sculpture using shit as your material still leaves you open to criticism of your work being shit.
There's only so far you can get with "It's really hard to use this tool and do things in this style." before the answer becomes "And so you should do it some other way using some other tool."
Drawing quality hentai art in mspaint is hard too, but no amount of "Mspaint makes this really hard because there are no layers or transparency!" will stop the cries of "So use something else, you retard!"
