The image is from a Korean light-novel titled "나와 호랑이님" working English title has been "Tiger My Love" or "Lord Tiger and I". I haven't seen another image from this title on this site, so I see no reason to create one.

We use the original titles when possible using western characters. In this case it's Nawa Holang-inim. It appears to be in a Japanese style and the artwork is good so I will hold off deleting this until further notice. [Unflagging.]
