Lucio's Portuguese, not Hispanic. Different. Brazilians descend from Portugal, not Spain, Accountant. There's technically no black people in the game yet, but it's still rather multi-racial and multi-cultural, so who knows? Maybe we'll get one soon. Lucio just happens to have the darkest skin is all. Probably lots of time spent in the sun.
