I don't think the Treehouse translates the games though, it's likely The Pokémon Company International. Nintendo only publishes them.

Inb4 they try to make some sort of reference to Lilo & Stitch with this girl's English name. Leelo or Lily or maybe Layla/ Leyla so as to make it not seen suspicious. ;D
