It has english built in. If you read the manual you can see how to change it to english.

I believe you can edit the grammatical errors by editing the XML files. I have yet to test it, but looking over them I believe it will work.

I wish her breast ends and nipples where't so set and juggle some more though... Its as if her nipples are always pointing at a set point and drag the breast ends with them instead of flopping around freely as they should. Otherwise perfect.
