Whoever made this doesn't knows shit about silicone implants.

First of all, breasts would look fucking spherical, not sagging at all- and then, on the other hand, a silicone implant barely squishes, unlike in the pic.

It's all (or almost all) just this one really wealthy fan art patron who gets off on this stuff ordering commissions. There was a similar thing with Peter Parker years ago, where someone with too much money commissioned like a billion artists to draw Parker with a babydick, being humiliated by all the women in his life.
