Yup, Rance chased her down, tricked her head maid Maris to having sex with him to "save her", then pinned her down and made her pay for her crimes of torturing innocent girls...
And then she falls in love with him and tries to get him to marry her for the REST OF THE SERIES. And I'm not talking about just this OVA/Game, but the whole thing.

@Anon 3 yeah but Lia learned her lesson. It originally sparked from her punishing a maid for accidentally killing her pet, and she realized she liked it, so she began having girls kidnapped to perform various torture on them. It was part naivete on her part because as a princess she was very awkwardly immature. She basically grows up a bit after Rance's.... re-education, and even boots out her mom and dad to be Queen herself (calling them useless).
She and Rance actually are very compatible with each other, but her whole obsession with him after the first game turns him off... Plus Rance is not a one woman kinda man; he believes all the cute women in the world are his.

While this is a hentai game that doesn't really have a grasp of morals I'd say someone who has done what she has done doesn't even really deserve to learn a lesson, death would be the only satisfying end for her. She doesn't even have a good reason for her misdeeds either.
