To be fair, hentai isn't exactly known for its biologically-accurate depiction of ANY genitalia. Boobs, vaginas, dicks - they all just sort of work however the artist wants them to for that particular picture.

The anatomy is all over the place, the perspective is confusing, the poses are unatural, the lighting is inconsistent, it is unclear what is what. As an artist, this is greatly infuriating. I just... am crying piss out of my eyes.

Furthermore, her lips have barely touched the glans. You can see the inside of her mouth. There is no way a mouth that open can be crunched that much by air pressure difference. Disappointing.
