What I gather is there's a two-character word written in front of her, and she's released if she gets it in ten guesses.
The box in the corner helpfully tells us the word is 田楽, which has multiple possible meanings. It can mean "ritual music and dancing in shrines and temples; rice dance; rice festival" (thanks WWWJDIC) but it can also be an abbreviation for 田楽焼き (skewers of fish or vegetables coated with miso and cooked) or 田楽豆腐 (tofu cooked in the same way). Suffice it to say it's not a very common word.
Her guesses are 回転 (rotation) and 目線 (gaze), which are both much more common and totally wrong.

Added translation.
The machines moves in a way that makes her ass spell out a word, and she then has to guess what that word is. It's not that she has ten guesses to get it right, it's that she has to correctly guess ten different words to be released.
