Well, lately we've had the release and immediate C&D of the Metroid 2 fan remake (although despite all Nintendo may have been "nice", they could have forced it out long ago, but oddly they did it only after it has been completed and spread around), while Federation Force is coming and, while it doesn't seem bad, it's very far from the game we'd have liked for the 30th anniversary.
