That's only for Pixiv uploads which require said censorship. Mantis moved their uploads to twitter from tumblr. twitter.com/Mantis_X/status/756703730322604033 uncensored is there.

his work is always uncensored im suporting him on patreon where he uploads it first (can really recommend it 5€+ gives you the 1080p versions)
