I disagree, I can live with the bad animation quality but most of the characters don't have their personality and mannerism properly translated into the anime.

Like Mozgus' overly crying, snotty nose and childish behavior. He was a ridiculous character but not childish or cartoonish. Most characters feel off and the story doesn't come together as a result.

Just doesn't seem possible to be able to make a 3D animation look good in Anime. Particularly when you don't know how to direct a good animation and you prefer jarring sweeping camera motion and shitty angles to actual good animation.
