I hate to be "that guy" but there is a certain distance inside every girls breasts before you acutally reach the milk ducts and let's just face it no hentai studio is going to completely animate the interior of any breast. So no her boobs are not hollow it just takes way too much time to draw and animate the entire interior of a single boob.
