She is just distracted. Trust me, the reaction will come. It just takes a while to kick in. Thats how oblivious Mako is. Still I bet she is glad Gamagoori chose her. I can imagine her talking to him cheerfully about why he visited her and whats his 'you know what' does in her booty. THEN it will finally kick in ^^°

i hope he does a follow up. It's a really nice animation, almost perfect, but with just an insertion and him making mako look disinterested (which is out of character for her in any situation), it ends up rather disappointing.
