bet you, that wasn't a serious flick but a "normal" flick for saitama, just by looking at saitama's face he's not putting effort, now if it was a "serious" flick, it would not only obliterated Boros' forehead region leaving nothing but his lower jaw intact with his body but also woul obliterate half (or maybe even the entire) spaceship along with it.
