Speaking of Diamond and Pearl, wonder if they'll make a remake for it at some point? D&P in Gen 7 style sounds like an amazing idea.

i wonder if the existance of pokemon bank disturb the chance of dppt remake. i mean,pokemon remake firstly was done because the innability to transfer pokemons from first gen into third gen game. but now that pokemon bank exist......

i don't think hey will remake gens 4 and 5. those are DS games and thus perfectly playable on 3DS and i don't think nintendo is moving away from SD cards any time soon, so what ever handheld they make after that will probably play them too.
