I thought this was real for a second. Wouldn't surprise me. These days a girl can walk around town with a dildo taped up her asshole and say it's empowering her sexuality or some shit. The shirt was kind of re-colored to give a better sample of the color of her flesh underneath. IMO the original is better because there is STILL nothing left to the imagination, it just looks more natural.
