Well, it wouldn't be a stretch to say Killua falls in love with Gon, to some degree. Gon toes the line between liking Killua because of some kind of shounen-typical "nakama" thing, and understanding Killua's feelings but repressing his own.

In the story they are best friends who care for each other a lot, but they don't really fall in love per say. I also find it weird that Killua is always portrayed receiving in pics on this site as he is pretty violent, aggressive, and fairly sociopathic in the show.

No, it makes sense for Gon to be the top. They explained in the show how Gon has had experience and/or knows how to handle women. This was the episode when he went on a date with Palm. It was funny to see Killua's reaction when he found out. despite Killua's violence and Gon's silliness, I always pictured Gon top. With Gon's knowledge, and Killua's softer side with Gon, it makes sense.

When people draw fanart of the 1999 series (pretty rare now ) Killua usually tops because he looked taller/older than Gon. Also 1999 played up Gon's innocence. In 2011, Killua and Gon look like equals. Killua's soft spot for Gon seems more like a tsundere crush (blushing whenever gon says anything nice to him). And chimera arc showed how batshit crazy and selfish gon can be. I like top gon better, but it doesn't really matter. This is great porn btw.

Nah, look at his face. Gon's beaming with confidence. The hands-behind-the-head pose says "I'm in charge here," but he clearly admires Killua's work.
