I'm not saying I'm not open to gender altered designs like female Wobbuffet having lips but it's just an unlikely concept, especially for a starter's final evolution. Incineroar, the Machop line and other buff alikes would need a more femine design and the closest to new designs are the Alola forms, for now.

The Sylveon and Milotic arguments have nothing to do with the Primarina one. Sylveon and Milotic just look feminine.

Primarina's design, however, is based on a mermaid, which by definition is female. Hence why there is room for a merman counterpart.

serperior looked like a queen, but it was still less feminine than primarina. same for delphox. so it would have been good to have a gender alternate version.
