to anon2564, your reason is weak. serperior is less feminime? then why there are many female depiction of it created by both official and fanartist? and delphox isn't feminim enough to you,if anything it evo line really scream feminimity from its FIRST EVO!

I was not arguing for a male version of Primarina; I was arguing against saying Pokemon that only look masculine/feminine (rather than being based on something with a definite gender) should be gender locked.
I said that there is room for the possibility of a male form simply on the basis of the design, but everyone knows it will most likely never happen. As you said, certain starters are in the same boat as Primarina, yet do not have a male/female evolution split. GameFreak is unlikely to change this any time soon, if ever.
