I think the first speech bubble actually says:

"You were able to go to the toilet properly! I have to give you a reward!"

ちゃんと = properly
トイレ = toilet
出来た (できた) = able to, past tense

ごほうび = honorific + reward
あげないと is a slang conjugation of 上げる (give) meaning "must give" www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar/must
