Anonymous 4, the comic is based on episode 81 of XY, "The Satoshi Who Leapt Through Time! Rotom's Wish!!". All of Gouguru's comics are based on specific episodes, and can sometimes e a bit hard to understand if you haven't seen that specific episode.
