Just a rhetorical question to my fellow anons. Why do all these miku dance vids have such vomit inducing camera? Ever hear of smooth pan? Or just focus so we can see them actually dance/jiggle.

Yeah, the camera is all over the place, making it hard to focus on the actual dancers. A slow pan camera would have worked better.

Even though it's a rhetorical question, here's an actual answer: the director had very little actual experience with how to position the camera. MMDs like these are usually plagued with bad direction, even though the animation in itself can be quite good in some of them.
