Besides being a parody of overpowered characters (i.e. it should never be taken seriously), Saitama's whole tale (if it should ever be a standard point to compare him to any other character) is about fighting characters that never really trained, ever.

That said, Saitama wouldn't stand above any Dragon Ball character, since they all trained at some point, even Yajirobe.

0 PlanetsHe never destroyed any planets. The only one that came close was King Kai's planet but that was technically Cell. It's Goku's enemies destroy the planets, and they seem really flimsy to be planets.
