Considering how powerful railguns and light-gas guns are, I think even some ammunition under .50 cal would still count as anti-material rounds.

Basically I'm saying 20mm is overkill for a railgun, and maybe even .50 cal. I listed it as anti-material but honestly a man portable railgun could be a rebirth of anti-tank guns.
