Not quite. Blue-haired girl destroyed the shrine in the first place because she wanted to be punished for it. It's a play on the in-joke that she's a massochist - she did exactly this in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, repeatedly destroying the shrine and getting beaten down by a different main character each time just because she was bored.

She destroyed the shrine again because what she's actually after is what happens in post #3446916.
