What do these "00s" and "10s" tags mean?

perhaps the year this art was created? 00s for art from 2000-2009 and 10s for art from 2010 and beyond.
still won't make sense though. why would tagger put two yeartimes in one art?

"00s", "10s", and other similar ones is for any animation or manga drawn in a style that was or is popular in that era. Cause of that, many posts for example that are tagged Pokemon_xy will have the 10s tag and posts tagged pokemon_dppt will have the 00s tag.
