Even if ash has a father that doesn`t mean she`s married, and even she was married she could also got divorced a long time ago. But from what i understand Netorare is not only cheating on your lover, but can also imply if your close friend gets stolen from you or a parent from their child gets corrupted and stolen. So i think this still kinda counts, at least if this pokemon has even some self-awareness or environmental-awareness.
